概要
魚類肝細胞 – 新たなin vitroモデルシステム
コイ（Cyprinus carpio）のような淡水魚は、除草剤、農薬、肥料などを含む化学物質の生物蓄積、代謝、および環境リスクを評価する目的で、数十年にわたり研究者による in vivo 試験 に使用されてきました。
ニジマスに次いで、コイは最も研究が進んでいる魚類種の一つです。
OECD は 2018年6月25日に、凍結保存ニジマス肝細胞を用いた in vitro 固有クリアランス測定に関する試験ガイドライン 319A を公表しました。
PRIMACYT は現在、このガイドラインに従って調製された 凍結保存コイ肝細胞 を提供しています。
