Rc Trypsin standard

Trypsin, a single chain protein of 223 amino acids, is a member of the Serine protease S1 family. It is 223 amino acids long — expressed in Pichia Pastoris — and is produced by the removal of N-terminal hexapeptide from Trypsinogen. The native form of Trypsin is termed as β –Trypsin and α-Trypsin results from its hydrolysis. The protease cleaves peptides at Lysine and Arginine residues on the C-terminal end, with an optimal activity at pH 7-9.

- Insulin and vaccine manufacturing
- Cell culture applications
- Food industry
- Cosmetic industry
Benefits
- 100% AOF
- Zero risk of contamination by adventitious agents
- High purity; free of contaminating proteases such as Amylase, Chymotrypsin and Carboxypeptidases

Rc Transferrin

Transferrin is a liver expressed, blood plasma glycoprotein that controls the level of free iron in biological fluids by binding reversibly and transporting iron to cells. It is 679 amino acids long — expressed in Pichia Pastoris (non-glycosylated sequence) — and facilitates extracellular iron storage and transport, forming the most vital iron pool with the highest rate of turnover. Transferrin mediated iron import is controlled via regulated expression of Transferrin receptors on cells.
Applications
- Cell expansion and differentiation media
- Stem cell culture research
- Cell banking and cryo-preservation media
- Treatment of anemia
- Targeted Transferrin transport technology
- Diabetes treatment
Benefits
- 100% AOF
- Zero risk of contamination by adventitious agents
- High purity
Rc Human Albumin 10%

Albumin, a member of the globular proteins that is produced in the liver, is the most abundant protein in the blood. It plays an important role in transporting hormones, fatty acids, thyroid hormones, and other biological compounds, and also helps maintain the pH of the blood, acting as a buffer. Albumin maintains homeostasis by controlling oncotic pressure as well as by scavenging free radicals. It also has anti-coagulatory and anti-inflammatory properties. Our Albumin is 585 amino acids long and expressed in Pichia Pastoris.
Applications
- Cell culture applications
- Clinical diagnostic
- Therapeutic purposes
- Industrial manufacturing
- Medical device coating
Benefits
- 100% AOF
- Zero risk of contamination by adventitious agents
- High purity and batch-to-batch consistency

Rc Carboxypeptidase B

Carboxypeptidase B is a 34.5 kDa exoprotease with specificity for basic amino acids such as Lysine, Arginine, and Ornithine. It is 307 amino acids long — expressed in Pichia Pastoris — and is manufactured using recombinant DNA technology and AOF process at our GMP-certified facility.
Applications
- Manufacturing of active pharmaceutical ingredients such as insulin
- Sequence analysis by successive cleavage of C-terminal basic amino acids
- Antibody quality control
Benefits
- 100% AOF
- Zero risk of contamination by adventitious agents
- High purity; free of contaminating proteases such as Chymotrypsin and Carboxypeptidase A
Rc FGFb

Fibroblast Growth Factor basic (FGFb) is one of the 23 members of the Fibroblast growth factor family. It promotes growth and proliferation in embryonic stem cells, neural stem cells, mesenchymal cells, and endothelial cells. FGFb also aids in embryo development and disease progression such as cancer. It is expressed by Adipose tissues and correlates with fat levels in blood. Our FGFb is 155 amino acids long, expressed in Escherichia Coli.
Applications
- Proliferation, differentiation, survival, growth, and regeneration of cells
- Major component of serum-free medium for cell/stem cell culture and cultured meat
- Protein standards for ELISA, western blot, and other analytical methods
Benefits
- 100% AOF
- Zero risk of contamination by adventitious agents
- Higher batch-to-batch consistency
- High purity
Rc EGF-L

Epidermal Growth Factor (EGF) is a polypeptide mitogenic growth factor that stimulates cell growth and differentiation by binding to EGFR and activating multiple downstream cell-signaling cascades. It plays an important role in modulating biological functions such as fetal growth and development, neural modulation, glucose transport, and nucleic acid synthesis. Our EGF-L is 106 amino acids long — expressed in Escherichia Coli — and contains 53 amino acids to N-terminal sequence in addition to Human EGF sequence.
Applications

IGF1-LR3 is the lengthened analogue of human IGF-1s and is a member of the insulin gene family with higher growth promoting activity. It is a substitution of Arginine for glutamic acid at position 3 and the addition of 13 amino acids results in a longer half-life. Our IGF1-LR3 is 83 amino acids long, expressed in Escherichia Coli.
Applications
- Proliferation, differentiation, survival, growth, and regeneration of cells
- Cell culture processing aid
- Cultured meat processing aid
Benefits
- 100% AOF
- Zero risk of contamination by adventitious agents
- Ideal for serum or AOF applications
- Longer half-life of IGF1-LR3 is desirable for large-scale cell culture applications
